7 Layer Fish Taco Bowl

  • Janes Multigrain Haddock or any Janes Fish
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped red and green bell peppers
  • Chopped tomato
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Condiments such as guacamole, sour cream, salsa or salad dressing
  • Chopped green onions
  1. Prepare the fish according to package directions; slice into large pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, drape a tortilla over a small, heatproof bowl. Bake along side fish until set and golden. Carefully remove the tortilla from the bowl; cool slightly.
  3. Arrange a layer of lettuce in the tortilla bowl. Top with layers of peppers, tomato, cheese and preferred condiments. Arrange the fish over the salad and sprinkle with green onion.
